New Release

@freem A new release has not been made in six years. Can a release be compiled and published?
I tried compiling asm6f.c using both MinGW and Cygwin but either dll files are always missing or cc1 cannot run.

Edit: For anybody who tries to compile asm6f.c, what I did was place asm6f.c in C:\MinGW\bin and I ran gcc asm6f.c -o asm6f.exe. Then I moved asm6f.exe out of the directory and zipped it. It is annoying to start running gcc.
