Support pagination #90
Description
As part of #25 I'm looking at ways to protect ourselves against harmful queries. One of the easier ways to prevent queries from generating excessive load is to set a limit to the amount of items a query return can return. Setting a limit on the amount of results returned requires us to support pagination, hence this issue.
