Rewrite pipeline for nf-core #17
Description
The nf-core ecosystem provides a solid framework and a lot of helpful tools for building pipelines properly. Using nf-core would make the pipeline easier to maintain in the long run and give us access to features like standardized module management, consistent structure, built-in testing, linting, and more.
It would also make the project more accessible to the wider community and even open the possibility of getting it accepted as an official nf-core pipeline. nf-core docs
