Oscilloscope trigger should phase-lock all signals

The oscilloscope trigger function currently only locks the phase of the selected trigger channel. It is expected that all channels should be locked, with the phase between the channels remaining constant (assuming the signals' frequency is equal).

To solve this, display all signals starting at the same relative index.
