Event registration for users without user account

Propose and implement an event registration (as an alternative of the ticket registration) for users without a user account.

1. User fills in the registration info. Non-registered users should use a privacy ensuring capture, e.g. Hcaptcha.
2. User gets an overview and the message "Please check your email and click on the confirm link to finish the registration for the event."
3. User gets an email.
4. User needs to click on a link in the email to confirm the registration. This click also registers the user in the system.
5. User is directed to the order summary showing a message "Your registration is confirmed. See you at the event!"
6. User receives confirmation email with registration details.

Other

• Propose and ensure blocking of spam and implement limits of signup, e.g. sign up Email can only be used ones per day, only limited number of signups per day per IP etc.
• If the user has an account but did not log in add the event registration to "tickets and registrations" page of their account.
