Create an introductory Fortran101 Twitter channel that repeats tweets annually #110

Description

@Beliavsky

Twitter FortranTip started with the basics, such as intrinsic data types and loops. Now the audience has grown, and I don't want to repeat the basics and waste the time of experienced Fortranners. Just as universities repeat introductory courses annually, it may be worthwhile to create a Fortran101 Twitter channel (the name is currently available) that starts from scratch on a periodic basis, with announced start and end dates, recycling and improving FortranTip tweets (which have the unlicense license). Fortran novices could subscribe for a while and unsubscribe when they have "graduated". FortranTips are listed by date here, and I would like to create another page listing them by topic, maybe using the table of contents of Metcalf/Reid/Cohen. That would enable Fortran101 to be more orderly in covering the language than FortranTip has been.

Running one Twitter channel is enough for me. If anyone likes the idea please run with it.
