Move into main repo?

Perhaps this should be maintained in the main repo? Eg,

• https://github.com/fontforge/fontforge/tree/master/osx
• https://github.com/fontforge/fontforge/tree/master/Packaging

maybe there or maybe somewhere else - should probably be added to this script https://github.com/fontforge/fontforge/blob/master/osx/create-osx-app-bundle.sh so the whole process is automated - I'm assuming @frank-trampe and @monkeyiq would know what's the smartest thing to do.

@davelab6 who was it that did the building of the mac dmg again? That person would now where it's best to put this.
