ankitects/anki While adding new cards, Anki keeps crashing, and reinstalling the latest version (anki-2.1.64-mac-intel- gt6) of Anki or restarting the computer does not help. No other program on my mac is affected. Of all my add-ons "Searching PDF Reading NoteTaking in Add Dialog" is producing a bug when enabled, while all other add-ons are disabled. The crash happens mostly, but not only, when the content on a field is deleted, while adding new cards...Kind regards Miles

Let me try to explain:
I am working with the desktop Anki version anki-2.1.64-mac-intelqt6 on a MAC (OS: Ventura 13.3.1).

I start Anki, click on Add: the typical double panel (since I added "Searching PDF Reading Note-Taking in Add Dialog.
") for input shows up.
I start writing into the first field for a new card;
When I see on the other panel that I already have a card dealing with the issue, I delete what I wrote and at this point, ANKI crashes with the following message to be sent to Apple (see attached file).

By disabling and enabling every single one of my add-ons, I clearly identified the culprit for this crash: Searching PDF Reading Note-Taking in Add Dialog.

I really like this add-on, but I can not use, when Anki keeps crashing (sometimes I can make up to 5 cards, but at most!)
