Multiple small questions

Hello, I'm trying to change my todo-comments config to suit my needs. Here's my config file:

Although it mostly works, I've got many small issues that I'd like to fix; I don't know if those come from misconfiguration or if they are true bugs.

First, I feel that the text is not really bold:

Second, why is the second comment "ZEAZ" highlighted, and how do I disable this behavior?

Third, is it possible to highlight an extra space after the whole comment, similar to the behavior of wide in keyword parameter?

Also, I'm very fond of :TodoTelescope. Is there a way to map the <leader>tp to a more conventional lua function, e.g., function() require('todo-comments').todo_telescope() end?
