Describe the bug
Searching through the app lists misses certain apps

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install PWA apps on phone
2. Set up work profiles
3. Try searching for PWA app and work profile apps
4. Notice how they don't appear

Expected behavior
Search finds all relevant apps
