DisableLanguageMenuProcessor to prevent links to non translated posts

To prevent wrong links to non-translated posts on the post detail pages, a DisableLanguageMenuProcessor would be very helpful.

Ext: news and Ext: sf_event_mgt ship a solution for that.

No there is currently no solution integrated for this issue not is it planned. Do you have a local solution for this and can provide a PR? I would happily test and merge it!
