Take contrastLimits from ome-zarr metadata or histogram

When adding new imageDisplays (e.g. in add_merged_grid), we should offer to keep the start and end values of the omero metadata inside the ome.zarr, or to compute them from histograms saved in the zarr structure (.npz), and write them into contrastLimits of the imageDisplay.
