Feature Request: Add hook to exclude FC fields from being able to hide their layouts

Could you add a custom filter to allow one to exclude fields from this feature?

For example, using a flexible content field as a page header builder: multiple layouts to choose from but you can only choose one layout (min/max 1). For such a field, being able to hide the layout would be detrimental to the page's appearance.

Thank you for this plugin. It's well made and very practical.

@mcaskill I understand that hiding such a field would have detrimental effects on the page. Yet, it seems rather unlikely to click the hide button accidentally.

I wouldn't mind adding a hook / filter though. What if you added it to line 290, so you can write your own logic outside of the plugin to filter out certain layouts?

If that works, it would be great to receive a pull request!
