Test Tool extension needed for AL Test Tool

With BC16 MS has released a new test tool called AL Test Tool, which no longer is part of the application, but resides in it's own extension:

Our Test Tool extension should also get a version for this new test tool.

Actions to be taken:

• For this the current Solution folder should be renamed to CALTestTool.
• A new solution should be created called ALTestTool with a corresponding folder
• Read.me should be updated so that it thatthe former Test Tool Extension is now being called CAL Test Tool Extension.

First version of AL Test Tool Extension has been uploaded. But 2 out of 56 tests fail and need to be investigated.
