fix: give migrations access to the dynamodb client and allow endpoint to be passed in properly (#16)
* give dynamit migrations access to the dynamodb client and allow endpoint to be passed in properly * PR feedback from floydspace: * change endpoint back to endpointUrl * pass options as second param to migrator scripts instead of dynamodb client
