Bug Description

I found out flow-project works when render=True is running, but it will report an error when render is set to False.
A clear and concise description of the bug and what you expected to happen.

I felt like the start of one training after one training was done and the rebuild vehicle wasn't cleaned up, not knowing if I was right or not, but from the error reporting it was.
