Windows 10 exe software only has "reinstall" option and no "Uninstall" option in Library tab

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in as Global Admin
2. Navigate to Hosts and into Windows host containing exe software
3. Navigate into Library
4. Search for software

Expected: Software to have Unistall option

Actual: Only option to Reinstall
