View the configuration of a custom policy / configuration profile #43014

As a fleet administrator, I would like to be able to navigate to Controls > OS Settings > Custom Settings which shows a list of Configuration Profiles. Once here, I should be able to click on a profile card/row or name to see the parsed configuration settings of that profile in a popup modal. There should probably be some effort in masking sensitive fields displayed in this manner (such as WiFi Passwords)
