No check boxes on reports table for Fleets(teams) beyond All Fleets team

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in as Global Admin
2. Navigate to Reports tab
3. Select team(besides All Fleets)

Expected: Global Admin able to select specific reports from table

Actual: No check boxes next to reports
