I'd like to suggest adding Shortcut as a possible ticket destination.

Relevant fields:

  • name
  • description
  • story_type: bug
  • external_id: can be used to link tickets back to Fleet
  • external_links: relevant links to CVEs or other references

The following fields can be made configurable through the "Add integration" dialog:

  • SHORTCUT_API_TOKEN
  • group_id
