Includes having a destination for https://fleetdm.com/learn-more-about/automatic-software-install-policies; see #25076. Also covers #25014.

Actually looks like we should just update https://fleetdm.com/guides/automatic-software-install-in-fleet rather than having a new article, and make sure the UI hits that article instead (throwing in a PR for fixing that momentarily).
