Current Behavior

There are a multitude of Hero like components & Elements across the codebase. Examples:

• WelcomeHero
• DiscussionHero
• TagHero
• MessagesPage hero

For extensibility purposes, it would be worth it to try to create a single reusable Hero component which can be extended
