ROS Capabilty server

This is an enhancement idea:
I just read about this: http://wiki.ros.org/capabilities
This package allows timed and remote loading of rosnodes and roslaunch files.
This might be something quite fruitful to include...

I take a look at the capabilities server. It sounds very good. Currently there already exists a visualization for the server https://github.com/osrf/rqt_capabilities
It is a little more work to include it into NodeManager. Therefore, I can not promise anything ;-)
