Error 'Operation Failed' and multiple Mysql errors in Log after adding Notice For Arrival

After installing the WMS and make it run on my machine everything was going smoothly, I was able to add some demo data, then when adding a notice for arrival in Recieving Management, the data did not load and I started to get the Operation Failed error in multiple pages like Recieving Management page and Recieving Statistics page.

What I did
I cloned the code from this repository and run the server and the frontend apps on my machine, before that I had got the Mysql database scripts from the ModernWMS website and created the wms database on my local Mysql database server.

What I think is happining
The errors seems to be from the mysql operations. My first assumption is that there is a difference between the Mysql database version and the code version in github.

I hope someone can direct me to where I went wrong and what to do to make the software work properly on my local machine.
