[Sunset] Remove the deprecated fans and impression fields. #23
Description
In Issue #21 and PR #22 a number of fan and impression fields were deprecated.
These fields have been marked as deprecated, but we will want to fully sunset these fields in a future release. However, we should also incorporate some new fields as they are added to the connector to provide equivalent alternatives to the deprecated fields.
At this moment, there is no date set for the sunsetting of these fields. We will update the thread once a date is set and alternative fields are identified.
