Add freshness configuration to the sources:

    freshness: 
      warn_after: {count: 24, period: hour}
      error_after: {count: 48, period: hour}

Hi @raphaelvarieras thanks for opening this FR. I think this is something we can definitely consider adding to the package in an upcoming release. If you were to open a PR we would be happy to review and fold into the next release.

If we were to add this freshness to the Facebook Pages package then we should probably also consider adding this to the other social media packages to be consistent.
