Within ChatOps WG, we can say that there were two distinct groups: people with more knowledge management profile (more typical profile: manager, person who knows the business rules of a product or service) and those who implement the technology. The second group needs the former to exist. This would optimize features and ensure that the result is more usable. Have deliverables beyond the base examples.
