Smoke imjection into the room

Hi everyone.
I'm a very beginner to FDS and am trying to simulate the smoke source in the room with a box.
(This is just a test case and I will apply this to a more complex simulation after correction.)

I ran the attached input file on my PC, but I couldn't see a mass fraction of WHITE SMOKE in the output files.
I tried this simulation with T_END=10, 30, 120, 600, and both in more fine/rough mesh, but all the results are the same, i.e. mass fraction of WHITE SMOKE was zero.

Can anyone check the code and point out my mistake?
It would be much appreciated if you could tell me where should I refer in the FDS User's Guide.

When I run your input file with the latest code I get this error:

ERROR(820): VENT 2 has no solid backing or an orientation index (IOR) is needed. (MPI Process: 0, CHID: test)

You need to put the VENT closer to the floor.

Also, once you get to your real case, I would not use 10:1 mesh refinement, this creates serious inaccuracies in transport.

Thank you for your quick response and the problem is now resolved.
I also modified the mesh in this case.
