The case failed with a numerical instability at around 200 s with the latest source code. The cause was a locally high temperature that led to a low value of density that is often a sign a oncoming instability. FDS tries to adjust the time step to stop the instability, but it failed to do so. There is no obvious problem here, but several things to try
