Set remote config values for testing.

We use remote config to a/b test new features in our app.

Unfortunately, the random assignment of values makes it hard for our QA team to make sure they're able to test all iterations. For example, a new community feature we released recently was only present in 1 of the 4 devices used for QA.

Has anyone found a way around this?

Ideally we would either be able to set them remotely, per user ID, or access all the values per parameter within the app and do it all client-side.
