BottomNavigationBar analytics observer

Hi,
So currently we manage the page tracking by following this approach Firebase screen tracking
Well that's is convenient and almost zero effort form the Clients (assuming we provide our own wrapper/SDK).
In many cases we have BottomNavigationBar, how would you suggest to handle onTap: index change analytics? or any other work around for the tab bars
