Cannot open Project in Android view.

Hallo
I have a created a project helloapinext using blimey. When i open this project in Android Studio i can not toggle into Android view, I cannot see Android view option anyhwere not even under Window default reset layout. There is app folder under project helloapinext but still i cannot switch to Android app view. Can someone help? what is the the problem here.
