  1. Running Windows 11, Darkthumbs installed
  2. Using 'Add and remove programs', un-install DarkThumbs
  3. Receive a message "File Explorer will be stopped"
  4. Desktop and taskbar disappears, uninstaller churns for a while then finishes.
  5. File Explorer is not successfully restarted.

Ctrl+Alt+Del, select Task Manager, run a new task, type "Explorer". Windows taskbar reappears, Desktop does not. A restart appears to be necessary.
