Add ability to insert into a specific spot in a deck without seeing the cards

I used CGS to play a game of exploding kittens with my friend, however, (unless im mistaken) theres no way to place a card wherever you like inside a deck without seeing the cards in the deck/shuffling, might be a good feature to add
