Currently, employers can upload images only in their raw dimensions. The website then clips the image to fill the element's entire content box (e.g. 1:1 aspect ratio for the logo). It would be cool if they can at least crop the image and see the result before the image got uploaded.

This has very low priority since most companies probably have logos available in 1:1 or, if not, they can still crop it locally on their laptop.
