Bug: When opening "This PC" it pops an empty window with "Device Removed - NotAFolder" error

Description

I've tried uninstall, reinstall, reset configuration, etc... but every time I reboot/login my PC I can't open the "normal" window double clicking from "This PC, because the "Device Removed - NotAFolder" re-appear over an empty window.
Also the "pin" section is empty (normally I've the default pinned folders).

Double click on "This PC"
