What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

I'd like to see a "drag and drop" feature added. I may just not have found it yet, so if drag and drop already exists, please let me know how to set it up.

Drag and drop already exist and works the same as Windows File Explorer, there isn't any settings for it.

You can't have Files running as admin, if you are there is a prompt tell you this and what to do. If there a certain program that is not working please say here.

Drag & drop should work out of the box. Can you clarify where you are dragging from?
