Bug: When I drag a file from Files to another application, the scroll freezes

Description

Whenever I drag a file from Files to any other application, the scroll freezes, neither the scrollbar nor the mousewheel work.
If I go to another folder in Files, the scroll works again.

Steps To Reproduce

1. In any folder in Files, drag a file and drop it into another program
2. The scroll freezes until I navigate to a different folder

@Rjmoraza are you referring to the scroll bar? What happens if you manually drag the scroll bar?
