Thank you for the report. This is a known issue with sideloaded apps using AppInstaller (it does not affect apps installed via the Microsoft Store). In some cases, users have been able to resolve this issue by updating the version of AppInstaller on their device https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/msix/app-installer/install-update-app-installer. In any event, if the issue persists, we suggest reporting this issue directly to Microsoft in the Feedback Hub.
