Bug: Sort by function has some issue in Simplified Chinese #16788

Description

In latest version 3.9&3.9.1, order of files in folder seems not correct no matter how to sort by.
In eraly version or windows files explorer, file's name with Simplified Chinese will always in the end now it always appear first.
It cant be in the order AD then AD(Simplified Chinese)

Steps To Reproduce

open any folder
sort by

Files Version

3.9&3.9.1

Windows Version

latest win10

User ID

No response

Log File

empty

Thanks for the report, Can you make sure Windows File Explorer and Files are using the same sort direction settings

Yes, i use the same settings. No matter Windows File Explorer or ealy version before 3.9, it sorts well.
But in latest version 3.9&3.9.1, sort by name Ascending or Descending, folder first or files first or third choose, chinese folders always appear first.
