Hi:

I hope this message finds you well.

I wanted to bring to your attention a common challenge faced by many enterprises and organizations regarding the downloading and repackaging of the Figma version with the Dynamic Universal App support.

Many enterprises/organizaton had to find a workaround the issue by downloading the zip files available on your site.

Currently, we download these files from the following locations:

Apple Silicon: https://desktop.figma.com/mac-arm/Figma.zip
Intel: https://desktop.figma.com/mac/Figma.zip

In the absence of these specific zip files, errors tend to occur during the process. To streamline this procedure, I kindly request that you consider enhancing your build process by creating Apple Silicon and Intel Mac native installer packages. Making these installer packages readily available would greatly simplify distribution, especially for large organizations.

Moreover, I propose a more efficient solution: the development of a universal binary and native installer package. This would eliminate the need for enterprises to manage multiple installers and updates for different architectures. By adopting this approach, you would significantly simplify & the IT experience distributing Figma for organizations utilizing both Apple Silicon and Intel processors. I know the would be larger but would creatly simplify things for IT, if not the primary download option is could at least be an alternaitve download option?

Thank you for your time and consideration. Your efforts in simplifying the distribution process would undoubtedly benefit many enterprises, including ours.
