List of examples of site specific transfer processes and the equivalent BDSS process (which should be mostly the same for all). Need to include metadata repository configuration for each.

  • NCBI SRA - ascp
  • Phytozome - Multi step curl

@feltus What would be some examples of sources with data that's "hard to get?"
