Missing boundingbox observer

I am noticing that some observations, like the Malacalcyonacea in this image. Do not show in the history who the annotation was submitted by and in the image details the observer is None (see below).

tl;dr

It's not clear of the chain of events that occurred for that annotation. Based on the timestamps, the annotation appears to have been added 3 days after the original upload.

@kevinsbarnard and I are working on a major upgrade/change to the front end and back end. Rather than chase down the issue in the current versions, we can keep an eye out for this kind of reoccurrence in the new API and UI
