Support Whisper Large for Transcription

Today, only "Whisper Small" is supported as part of the free plan.

Any chance to also support Whisper Large? I see a bunch of references to it in the code, but I'm not sure how to benefit from it.

I downloaded the Whisper Large v3 Turbo (ggml-large-v3-turbo-q8_0.bin) from here: https://huggingface.co/ggerganov/whisper.cpp/tree/main

Saved it (on macOS) in /Users/myusername/Library/Application Support/com.hyprnote.stable/stt/ (in the settings go to Transcription > Default > click Show in Finder next to the Whisper Small model).

After a restart the app recognized it and I could select it in the settings. I even deleted the small/default altogether.
