Exception notes are not shown when rich is used

Description

Python 3.11 added BaseException.add_note() to add additional messages to exceptions. Typer seems to not support them.

Output with typer

Output without typer, using main() instead of typer.run(main)

"note" is printed in second case but not in first.

This has been fixed.
