Redesign the administration menu & space page

Proposing to make the following modifications to the current design:

• Create a new menu item with the name Settings that will hold all the settings specific to a Space
• Create a new sub-menu with the name General and move all the fields from Basic, Media to this page in different sections
• Add the following fields like in WordPress: Site Language, Timezone, Date Format, Time Format to the General submenu
• Create a new sub-menu with the name Permalinks like in WordPress to capture the base slugs for items like categories, tags, users, formats etc
• Create a new sub-menu with the name Social Media and move all the items from Contact to this page
• Create a new sub-menu with the name Analytics with two sections: Plausible, Google Analytics with their specific fields required for their configuration
• Create a new sub-menu with the name Front-end Settings. We could start with relevant fields from Wordpress -> Appearance -> Theme Settings as a starting point. Following was the comment from @fyrepenguin that I changed this discussion from: Add configuration such as SEO fields(description, title, keywords), plugins, API keys, integrations, design tokens, etc., at one place either in a submenu or a separate page handling all of these.
• Create a new sub-menu with the name Global Code with two sections for code blocks with names: Site Header, Site Footer
• Order the sub-menu items to the following: General, Permalinks, Social Media, Analytics, Front-end Settings, Global Code

Modify the Administration Menu to the following:

• Reorder the sub-menu items to Users, Policies, Spaces, Requests
• Remove the option of Edit from the Spaces list. This would now be just a list of all the spaces with an option to delete them.
