question about cost function (eq. 10) of layers defined in paper

1. Micro-architecture Search Block (TBS) will be constructed like FBNetV1?
2. FLOPs cost defined in eq10 is the standard CONV FLOPs, but TBS is mixed op of (pw + dw + pwl), so it is an approximate for a real FLOPs?
