I work on computational catalysis and currently have LAMMPS dump trajectories of surface–adsorbate systems. I really like the visual style of this animation and would like to create something similar for my own research presentations.
Could you let me know which software was used to make this video? If possible, I would also appreciate any brief information about the workflow, for example whether it was made with OVITO, VMD, Blender, ASE, or another rendering pipeline.
