After ejected, no sourcemaps are generated with multiple JSX files as entry points

I'm basing my configuration based on the master, and no sourcemaps generated for jsx files.

Is this a new problem in webpack 2, or does it exist on webpack 1 too?

I think it's a new problem in webpack 2, i've ejected myself from the latest release, no problem. After i upgraded to webpack 2 and followed the exact config in react-scripts, except for globbing entries for .jsx files, it's no longer produces any sourcemap

@gaearon I've tried master branch with index.js importing an App.jsx. It generates the sourcemaps. I think this issue is only affecting ejected users with multiple jsx files as their entry points. Sorry if this is a false alarm. T_T

Thanks for confirming. I guess this is something you'll need to raise on the Webpack side then.
