EZA_STDIN_SEPARATOR=$'\0' can't work. Environment variables are C strings, so they can't hold a NUL byte. All three of those assignments become empty, and eza then splits on every character.

There's no NUL mode today. If your paths don't contain newlines:

find . -print0 | tr '\0' '\n' | eza --stdin
